I waited 50 minutes on the spot for my turn, that was such a waste of my time with doctor Dula!
I was clear and concise with my explanation regarding my issues, although, she was unbelievably neglectful and medically unprofessional.
As well as, staff receptions were disrespectful and failed to provide care for myself as their new client who has waited 50 minutes, rather, they muck around.
Is this the first and last time I attend their centre?

A most professional and welcoming medical clinic in the Liverpool Area. Each Dr on staff is experienced, skilled and caring. I've had the pleasure of being looked after by Dr Dullur, Dr Spiers, Dr Guyer and Dr Mikhail on different occasions over the last 6 years and most recently for my baby. I've been well supported, looked after in all my appointments. The nurses are just as compassionate and professional allowing extra time for appointments and flexibility and care. The Pathologist clinic is just as good and supportive. The pathologist is so lovely and caring and does her job perfectly with no issues. But plainly the support staff at reception are the cherry on top. Never have I been to a medical clinic where you feel known, served and well looked after. They are the cherry on top of a high functioning team. The clinic is clean, modern and well spaced proving to be child friendly and not too clinical. Appointments are always kept and waiting times are low; its very rare to be waiting more than 15 minutes more. I would highly recommend for anyone wanting to find a family clinic they can rely on, feel comfortable in and have access to so many resources all in the one place. They also offer GP shared care for pregnancy which is widely an undervalued resource in the Liverpool region.

The consult fees are reasonable (especially in comparison to a lot of providers) which was important to us.
The location and in house services for allied health and pathology have been so convenient.

Been going here since they opened. Everyone here is very lovely and friendly. All the DRs are very professional. Esp Dr Rupali Pandey, she is very attentive, takes her time in explaining to you the effectiveness and the side effects of a prescription. She goes above and beyond. Couldn't recommend her more.
Relaxing vibes, friendly staff yet waiting 30 mins for your appointment is a lot! Patients are subject to non attendance fees for less than 2 hrs cancellation notification yet wasting your time is unworthy.
Cannot speak more highly of this practice and especially dr Natasha Beg. From my first appointment til now she has been proactive in her role as a gp, a testament to the level of genuine care she provides to her patients.
I am thankful to have found a Dr that I can truly trust with me and my families health.
